Project Organisation, Management and Control System for major Projects (COP)

This system is designed for large Projects to manage changes in scope, design, or other aspects during the course of the contract/project.  The system dedicates particular attention to the technical problems and/or requirements which could not be anticipated when the contract was awarded. 

COP provides a formal procedure for change control to ensure that only those changes are made which are absolutely necessary and properly approved, and that these are introduced in such way as to cause the least disruption to the contract / project as a whole.
