A key factor in CDE being selected to supply Professional people is our ability to provide a degree of flexibility with regard to the varying numbers and the skill levels required during each Project Stages within Larger Companies. CDE actively manage supplied resources and regularly participate in project progress meetings.

Companies have shown a preference that when they look for technical people, they prefer to source them from a Technical company that has the expertise and backing to deal with any unforeseen problems that may arise.

We pay our contractors on a weekly basis and ensure payment of all legislative costs on their behalf. We guarantee open and honest communication between all parties and provide strong after placement follow up to enable the contracted person to maintain maximum output and focus with the job at hand. This provides both ongoing satisfaction with the contractor and client as well as minimizing if not eliminating staff turn over and unnecessary ramp up time between personnel.

CDE do not simply drop a resource at the door, but actively manage and assist the supplied person towards achieving their objectives.
